Westwood-DentalOur partnership with Dental Practice Services™ has allowed us to offer an affordable way for our patients without insurance to take care of their dental needs. The Premium Plus Plan has allowed us to convert emergency patients into patients that can now afford to come on a regular basis. Because of the small monthly premium we have also been able to retain our patients that have lost their dental benefits or have retired and no longer have insurance coverage.

One of the best things about the Premium Plus Plan is that it is “OUR” dental plan. When patients sign up for the Premium Plus Plan they are signing up with our office only. This keeps them in the practice which is a win/win for both the patient and the dental office. The patients win because they are able to get affordable dental treatment and we win because we see our patients on a regular basis and know their oral health needs are taken care of. Treatment for our patients is decided by our patients and our doctors, not an insurance company.

The Private Dental Plan™ program was set up to benefit the dentist. It does that better for us more than any other plan that I’ve been involved with and unfortunately, I’ve been with more than a few. I decided to join the day I added up all of my write-offs on the plans that I participate in. I am now making more money with fewer patients because of DPS.

I get high quality patients for My Plan and have more control with patient treatment planning. There is no plan administrator, who knows nothing about my practice, trying to figure out how not to pay me. You don’t have to worry about denials or spending time figuring out the insurance company’s game.

The Private Dental Plan™ program is so easy to work with and it has had a tremendous positive impact on my practice. The PDP program works well for me because of the high monthly income and ease of the administration of it. My Plan works well for patients who are not eligible for insurance and helps sell our treatment plans. The Program is financially beneficial to both the patient and our office.

This is by far the most profitable plan that I have been associated with and works better for me than any insurance plan available. I have been writing off huge adjustments from insurance companies and with my plan, the large monthly income helps my cash flow. We get paid faster and my private fee is used.

The best aspect I have noticed is how easily it works for the front office staff. My office manager has a lot less work with my PDP then any other insurance plans because there are no claim forms and the patient knows exactly what they owe.

I have been utilizing the Private Dental Plan™ Program since March 2004. I wanted to let other doctors know that it is a valuable option to extend to patients with no current dental insurance coverage. It is the only dental coverage plan that I offer in both of my practices. It helps keep patients coming back to my practice to maintain their preventative care and allows them to be more accepting of treatment plans, using my Private Dental Plan™.

One advantage to this is that I can customize my plan to what I want to provide and know the monthly income from premiums alone, makes it profitable. My private dental plan was set up by my office and we can perform the desired dentistry necessary without large write-offs by my office. The patients get the treatment needed knowing their costs up front.
